Summer Recap Part 6 | Misc...

...And finally, the last installment of our summer shenanigans! This is just a random compilation of all the other things we were up to!

We spent the first weekend of summer (Memorial Day) at the farm. Meeting the new kitties.

We did lots of farm things, like ride in tractors, tortured kitties, swam, picked wild blackberries...

Then we kicked off summer with Grey's second dance recital..
Her tap number was to an Elena of Avalor song.

And Ballet was to Mulan's Reflection.

I'm so proud of this tiny dancer. Girlfriend wouldn't even practice at the studio in front of the big girls, did fine during dress rehearsal, and then just shined on stage (to the point of bossing telling the other girls where to go!) I love watching her do something she loves
Our little dance crew from the year.
She had the sweetest little fan club of aunts cousins, and grandparents.

Next up was the last day of school for these gals. And Mommy's last day of work (in a school) for the summer.

We picked blueberries together again and also ate homemade popsicles after.

Then it was back to the farm where we had make-up lessons with Payton!

And random pictures on random days out of the house!
 I had a girls' dinner.
 And a girls' retreat.
These two got their own golf clubs.
 And snuggled at nap time.
We celebrated Jared's brithday at Top Golf.

Grey earned 119 stickers for being kind and listening and earned Hatchimals.
Everyone got fitted for tap and ballet shoes.

Movie nights were had, complete with "surprise bowls"!
We had a pool party swim play date.
Which we attended with "dragon hair".

 Lots of Sundays at church...
 A few group naps.
Grey went back to Cheer Camp...

And we hit up the mall.
And finally, my mom surprised me on my birthday (which is also her brithday), by driving 4 hours to hang out with me. And she brought me peach sangria. Love my momma, it was the best birthday surprise.

And now we're settling back into school year routine. Waking up way to early and being way to busy. But what a blessing it is. Each season is so special and sweet right now.
