...Isn't it funny how when you're little, you think you're only supposed to have one best friend? I think that's the best thing about getting older- learning that you can have many best friends and that all your best friends are special for different reasons...the friend that always makes you laugh, your prayer warrior, your confidant, the one you rarely see but always just pick right up, the one who gives you fashion and decorating advice, the one you want to teach you all their parenting skills, and on and on...
I got to celebrate the holidays with some of my best friends last week!
Wednesday some of my favorite friends and I went out in a limo and had dinner at Taverna in Dallas (definitely one of my favorites) and then went through Highland Park to look at Christmas lights. We stayed out way too late and had way too much fun!
Thursday was my "high school" best friends Christmas gathering. We usually go to the Nutcracker, but this year did dinner and a accessory gift exchange at Stephanie's house. It was perfect and relaxing. :)
And not Christmas related, but we also got to celebrate my sweet friend, Kate's birthday with wine and cheese the other week, too!
